Before Booking, please read our requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

• YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT A PERSONAL WATERCRAFT IN FLORIDA

• 16 OR OLDER IF ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

• No minimum age for passengers

FLORIDA RENTAL EXAM:

• For anyone born after January 1st, 1988:

  • ​Per State Law, in order to rent a jet ski in the State of Florida, you must complete the Online Temporary Boaters Exam. The cost of the exam is $10 and consists of 25 questions. The cost and exam are controlled by the State and has no affiliation with Cool Runners L.L.C. Only the driver needs the exam. A Passenger does not need the exam.​​​​

• You are also require to watch cool runners safety jet ski video.

• When boating in Florida, it's against the law to operate any boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs — and it doesn't matter if you're on a jet ski or a motorboat. You're considered legally impaired by alcohol if you appear to be under the influence or if you have a blood alcohol level (BAC) of . 08% or more.

 

Customers should not have any physical or mental conditions that would prevent them from participating in Cool Runners L.L.C. activities. Do not participate in Cool Runners L.L.C. activities against medical advice.

Combined weight limit to ride can not exceed 529 lbs
